Sauna as a procedure is to expose the body to high temperatures in order to cause sweating. Sweat removes unwanted substances from the body. Heat also serves as a muscle relaxant and muscle pain reliever.

Holiday House

Holiday house with a sauna “Ezerkalni” is located at a picturesque place, at the bank of Lake Raiskums, in Gauja National Park. We offer a pleasant relaxation in a newly build log cabin. On the first floor there is a sauna, open plan living area, a massage shower, WC (also a microwave oven, an electric range, an electric kettle, a fridge, a music system, the dishes).
